The web system developed for Stars Reality s. r. o. is one of our biggest projects. The system consists of two main parts - a complex online real estate system enabling the management of real estate agencies, including exports to real estate servers such as sReality, Reality iDNES, etc.
The real estate system is connected to the Stars Reality s.r.o. website - the second part of the project, which includes its own editing system. Thanks to this, it is possible to manage properties, brokers, and branches on the site directly through the real estate system, as well as text content in a modern editing system - all online and on one domain.
Stars reality is a Czech real estate agency, which was founded in 2016 with the aim of providing sellers and buyers with a truly comprehensive and stellar service. Behind its creation are people who have more than 12 years of experience in providing real estate and financial services across the Czech Republic.
Stars real estate follows the modern trend of today by linking real estate services with financial services, especially in the area of securing home loans.
The internal management of the company can be done through the provided interface.
The system can generate a custom website for each property offered, which can be used as a marketing tool to increase the reach of the offer. Similarly, a website can be automatically generated for brokers who use the system.
The appearance of the real estate agency's website can be individually changed in the CMS system included in the project.
The system automatically issues invoices for sold properties, calculates commissions, and completely manages the entire company's finances and all brokers.
Thanks to the universal concept of the project, several real estate agencies can use the web system at the same time.
The presentation website is optimized for all devices.
