However, the system also includes the management of the companies you do business with or the management of your employees.
Fast and dynamic menu creation. You can divide menu items into groups to create categories of items. This gives us a perfect overview of the offer and its items, which can be hundreds or thousands.
You can choose from PDF or MS Excel formats and select from several world languages and currencies (CZK and EUR). The menu is precisely divided into sections according to how you have created the sections in the system.
You can add companies you do business with to the system. You have the possibility to add employees and their positions to the companies and create, for example, a catalog of business managers of the companies you have at hand.
Offers can be allocated to employees for a specific purpose. For example, if a bid is in the "booked" state, an admin comes in and identifies the warehouse worker next to the request and leaves a comment for them to pick the goods.
Thanks to the comprehensive search engine, you can get to the offers that interest you in just a few clicks. A handy tool is the "To Deal" button, which shows us the offers that need to be invoiced. If you have multiple sales reps, you can assign bids individually. The merchants can then check the "Show only my offers" box next to the search.
The system includes a comprehensive discount system. You can apply a discount to a part of the offer, the whole offer, or only to certain items.
All your offers are stored in one place. You don't have to track who got what provide and when. With the help of search filters, you can easily find old bids.
This is a web-based application that does not need to be installed. Just open a web browser on your PC or mobile and connect to the network anywhere in the world.
